Projects are about linking people with information to lead to meaningful processes with positive outcomes. My experience ranges from planning to implementation, helping clients navigate complex or multi-jurisdictional challenges. Recent work includes management and strategic roles on ODOT’s Portland Metro Area Value Pricing Feasibility Analysis and Toll Program, the City of Portland’s 82nd Avenue Investment Program, Metro’s Regional Framework for Jurisdictional Transfer, and WSDOT’s Interstate Bridge Replacement Program.

KLP Consulting specializes in strategy, management, and delivery of multi-modal transportation and public policy projects. I support prime consultants and local, regional, and state governments. Key areas of service include: project and program management, development, and strategy; decision-making process design and facilitation; planning and policy; and owner’s representative services.

I believe in building trust and developing clear approaches to understand issues and develop achievable solutions.

I founded KLP Consulting in 2021 with the core values of integrity, empowerment, and service. I’ve worked for almost 25 years in infrastructure and governance, with a focus on transportation and making order out of chaos. I grew up in southern Oregon, and have worked in most regions of the Pacific Northwest. KLP Consulting is registered as a State of Oregon DBE/WBE/ESB (#13382) and State of Washington DBE (D2F0028020).
